Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Land Development Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of various land projects, focusing on utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of land projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to create detailed site plans, grading designs, utility layouts, and other land development plans.

• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to produce accurate and comprehensive drawings and designs.

• Perform site analysis, create construction documents, and contribute to the permitting process.

• Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing technical expertise and support.

Requirements:

• Registered Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or eligible for Registration.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in land development design or related field.

• Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, site development, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Prior experience in project management and leading design teams is a plus.
